Description:
Candidate will work as a member of a specialist team to conduct detailed analysis of learning framework for a Government client. Associated tasks include:
- Analyse workforce models
- Analyse and model learning pathways
- Review training analysis documentation
- Develop gap analysis statement
- Develop modular Learning Management Packages (LMPs)
- Develop feasibility analysis report
- Develop mapping tool to support implementation and management of exported training
- Develop User Requirement for training skills mapping system
Commencement Date: January 2020
Location: Remote with the expectation of travel to Albury/Wodonga once per fortnight (1-2 days)
Salary : $90k-$120k including super (pro rata)
Duration: Contracted full-time employment, 6 months duration with option to extend
Essential Requirements:
- 1. Australian citizen
- 2. Learning and development experience > 4 years
- 3. Military experience > 6 years
Preferred Requirements:
- 1. Military logistician > 6 years
- 2. Training and Assessment – TAE16
- 3. AGSVA security clearance; active or renewable.
- 4. Understanding of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) model
- 5. Understanding of Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL)
- 6. Understanding of blended learning framework
