NTS has experience in designing training methods to support current and new equipment training. This includes providing collective and immersive training materials and measures including, training materials, such as various types of simulation support, blended learning, face to face delivery and interactive manuals to accommodate all training needs. NTS methods of delivery incorporates the blend of live and simulated activities to stimulate contextual based training whilst remaining flexible in delivery approaches as we understand that all participants learn differently.
NTS offers exercise support to provide holistic in-context facilitation of your environment, whether it be decision making or leadership packages, a facilitator is available to design your objectives into an activity using scenario-based training.
