In February this year, NTS designed and delivered equipment integration training for the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), concentrating on procedural then contextual training over a two-week period.
NTS was contracted to introduce then integrate New Equipment for 27 AFP trainees concentrating on basic then advanced procedures, identifying and suggesting extensions of TTPs and delivering a context-based culminating activity to complete the New Equipment integration.
NTS instructors designed the curriculum package to flow through varying degrees of complexity with the flexibility to pivot when needed with either dry or live fire serials.
With all training outcomes met, we look forward to the next time we work with the AFP.
