NTS took part in the Middle Eastern Joint Fires Symposium held in Amman, Jordan. The symposium was designed as a platform to create discussion across Arab League Nations and Coalition Allies on Joint Fires capability and interoperability.
Attendees from Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Bahrain and the United States discussed current operating procedures, program management and capability sustainability. NTS trainers facilitated discussion on Joint Fires program management that highlighted the varying approaches to Joint Fires across participants. This provided an excellent platform to contrast and discuss each countries requirements, capabilities and lessons learned to develop practices for continued development.
NTS conducted simulation-based scenarios and After Action Reviews to draw out talking points and generate further lessons learnt for interoperability across the participants and Joint Fires program compliance and sustainment.
